A Series To Keep An Eye On!

Well done! The crude art is stylized and aesthetically pleasing. The sounds were perfect and well timed. The story had an excellent pace and never got boring. Great job! I look forward to future episodes!

Funny!

As far as stick fighting goes, this is the same as all the rest, but what makes this one special is that it's pretty damn funny! The opening attack had me laughing out loud. It lost its comedic momentum with the fatality combo that lasted a bit too long, but overall, I think this was a job well done!

Well Done!

This is a very solid piece! The pacing is well timed, the art is simple, but effective and the story is short, but to the point. Great job!

Tips

SOUND - Learn how to edit loops so they seemlessly blend together. The abrupt stops between loops became very distracting.
PACE - This piece ran very slowly. A good way to pick up the pace is to cut scenes shorter.
PLOT - I understand you wanted to do this entirely with 3D shapes, but without seeing humans reacting to what's going on, any sense of urgency or danger falls flat. I also read there's a part two coming so "don't get confused", but the job of the first part of any series is to establish some sort of idea of what's going on or what's about to happen. If you totally confuse your audience from the start, you most likely won't get them back. Work on writing a clearer script.

I see you put effort into this, but sometimes unfocused effort doesn't amount to much. I wish you luck on clearing up the next installment.

This Was Okay

The overall animation was adequate and the pacing was pretty well timed. The sound was a bit harsh because it sounded like you were too close to the mic and the punchline was telegraphed which killed the joke. The ceiling fan shouldn't have been seen until it was too late.

Overall, this piece shows some effort.

It's Okay

The characters were designed well, but the pacing was much too slow. Their movements need to be faster and more fluid. Best of luck on the next project.

Thanks. I try to make every clay movie better than the last. Hopefully my next one will be better!

Not Bad

Overall, this was pretty good. The stop motion was above average and I thought the sound worked nicely. I also liked how clear, stylized and easy to read the text was. Some tips:

SHIFT - There were times where the camera was nice and still and there were others when it shifted awkwardly. Always make sure to keep the camera steady.
FOG - Though this is a nice touch, I think you need to drop the opacity a bit because it tends to obscure the picture a little too much.

This was a good effort. Best of luck on the next installment.

Fell Out Of My Chair!

Though crudely drawn and very simple, I think those two factors helped in really driving the message home! I'm still laughing! Good job!

HILARIOUS!!!

Ladies and gentlemen, we bring you RAPPIN' JESUS! I liked the presentation through the church windows and, though a bit too repetitive, the song was funny. When the angels first showed up, I just about fell out of my chair! Good job!

You've got talent and a good sense of humour without being preachy to nonbelievers or condescending to believers. You struck a good balance.

Pretty Good!

This was pretty well made. The art was interesting and your effort shows. Here are a few tips:
PACING - Things could have moved a bit faster. The slow pacing became distracting after a while.
ANIMATION - Pay attention to your walk cycles. The Nazi Slayer has an unnatural walk pattern. When his right arm swings back, his left leg should be behind him, not his right.
HOLES - You nailed it the last time the NS fell through the hole, but in the previous holes, you had him behind them. A mask would help greatly in those situations.

This wasn't too shabby. I look forward to seeing another. Hopefully you can come up with more ideas. Best of luck!
